This movie is probably the sharpest and darkest movies about showbusiness ever made.
It got rewarded with six Oscars, among them, movie, director and script.
Bette Davis plays a depressed broadway-star who knows her carrier is almost at an end. She meets the young and talented Eve who compliments here and they become friends.
Nevertheless, this wolf in sheep clothes has only her own best interest at heart.
